We take the protection of your personal data seriously. On this website, personal data is processed only in so far as this is necessary to provide the website, to ensure its security, or to deal with enquiries.

The website suvantra.eu serves in particular to present software products we develop ourselves.

No software is sold directly through this website. Links to the Microsoft Store may be provided for individual products. No purchase contract is concluded through the website suvantra.eu.

As far as possible, we do without tracking, advertising and unnecessary external services.

When you visit our website, the following data in particular may be processed:

This website is hosted by Hostinger.

In the course of hosting, personal data arising technically when the website is visited may be processed. This may include IP addresses, access times, the pages requested and technical information about the accessing system.

Processing takes place, in so far as necessary, in order to provide and securely operate the website.

For its hosting services, Hostinger provides a data processing agreement or a corresponding data processing addendum. Hostinger’s current contractual and data protection information is available on the provider’s website.

In its current privacy policy, Hostinger states that personal data is processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation, and integrity and confidentiality, among others.

Each time our website is accessed, the hosting provider may automatically process information in what are known as server log files.

This may include in particular:

• the operating system used
• the referrer URL

We retain email correspondence only for as long as is necessary to deal with the enquiry, or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply.

10. WordPress

This website uses the WordPress content management system.

WordPress runs on our own hosting. The website is therefore not automatically connected to an external WordPress service.

WordPress processes personal data in particular in so far as this is necessary for the technical provision and administration of the website.

11. LiteSpeed Cache

Our website uses the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

The plugin serves the technical optimisation and acceleration of the website, for example by caching and optimising website content.

Processing takes place solely within the scope of the technical provision and optimisation of the website.

We do not use LiteSpeed Cache for advertising or analytics purposes.

12. External links and the Microsoft Store

Our website may contain links to external offerings, in particular to the Microsoft Store and to the online version of PureQuill Writer, which is provided through GitHub Pages.

Merely visiting our website does not, as a rule, transmit any personal data to the provider of a linked offering through an ordinary external link.

When you click such a link, you leave our website. From that point on, the privacy terms of the external provider apply.

Microsoft is responsible for the processing of personal data once the Microsoft Store has been opened. We have no influence over the processing that takes place there.

Should such services be integrated in future, this privacy policy will be amended accordingly before they are used.

At present this website embeds no external content such as:

• social media feeds
• external analytics or advertising content

16. Recipients of personal data

No data is passed on for advertising or sales purposes.
